Ingredients
- 1 lb. Louisiana crawfish tails, rinsed & drained
- 1 lb shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup 2 Sisters’ Salsa, drained (Original or Jalapeno)
- 2 tbsp. melted butter
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 small bunch green onions
- 2 Sisters' Special Blend Seasoning, to taste
- Tostito Scoops
Instructions
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 2. Mix all ingredients for the filling in large bowl
- 3. Line cookie sheet with Tostito’s Scoops
- 4. Place a dollop of crawfish filling into each scoop
- 5. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese is melted and scoops are golden brown
