2 Sisters Salsa Loaded Louisiana Crawfish Scoops
Ingredients
  • 1 lb. Louisiana crawfish tails, rinsed & drained
  • 1 lb shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup 2 Sisters’ Salsa, drained (Original or Jalapeno)
  • 2 tbsp. melted butter
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 small bunch green onions
  • 2 Sisters' Special Blend Seasoning, to taste
  • Tostito Scoops
Instructions
  1. 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. 2. Mix all ingredients for the filling in large bowl
  3. 3. Line cookie sheet with Tostito’s Scoops
  4. 4. Place a dollop of crawfish filling into each scoop
  5. 5. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese is melted and scoops are golden brown
