Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups butter
- 2 cups 2 Sisters' Salsa
- 3 medium onions, chopped
- 2 medium bell peppers, chopped
- 1/4 cup flour
- 3 lbs Louisiana crawfish tails
- 4 tbsp parsley
- 1 pint half & half
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1 lb Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1 lb fettuccine, cooked
- 2 Sisters' Special Blend Seasoning, to taste
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- 2. Grease a 2-3 quart casserole dish.
- 3. Melt butter in a medium saucepan.
- 4. Add salsa, onions, and bell peppers and cook until tender.
- 5. Add flour and cook, covered, for 15 minutes stirring frequently.
- 6. Add crawfish and parsley and cook, covered, for an additional 15 minutes stirring frequently.
- 7. Add half and half, evaporated milk, Velveeta, garlic, and seasoning.
- 8. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 9. Mix the crawfish mixture with the cooked fettuccine.
- 10. Pour mixture into greased casserole dish.
- 11. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes or until heated.
