- 16 oz corn (preferably sweet corn)
- 3 tbsp 2 Sisters' Salsa
- 1/2 yellow onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 stick butter
- 2 Sisters' Special Blend Seasoning, to taste
- 1. Add corn, salsa, onion, butter, and seasoning to a skillet.
- 2. Simmer ingredients on low heat for 1½ hrs.
- 3. Add water as needed.
