Ingredients
- 2 boxes of your choice of mac & cheese
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 1 stick butter
- 1 lb. Louisiana Crawfish tails
- 1 c. of 2 Sisters’ Salsa – your flavor choice
- ½ diced onion
- 1 cup of grated cheese
- 1 Tbsp. diced jalapeno
- 2 Tbsp. minced garlic
Instructions
- 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- 2. In a pot, add your stick of butter, minced garlic, diced jalapeno, onion, 2 Sisters’ Salsa, and Louisiana crawfish tails. Cook down together for about 10 minutes, then add in your cheese that came with mac & cheese box, heavy cream and ½ c. grated cheese.
- 3. In a separate pot, boil your noodles from the box and once cooked, drain and add them to your pot with the crawfish sauce and stir well
- 4. Add your crawfish and noodle mixture to a greased 9x13 greased pan. Add remaining grated cheese on top and bake for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden.
