Ingredients    
                - 6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs (sliced lengthwise)
 - shrimp (peeled and deveined)
 - 1 large Vidalia onion, sliced (or 2 mediums)
 - 1 bell pepper, sliced
 - 2 jalapeños (sliced lengthwise and deseeded)
 - 1 red onion, sliced
 - 2 cloves minced garlic
 - avocado oil
 - Swamp Dragon Hot Sauce, to taste
 - 3 tbsp chili powder
 - 1 tbsp ground cumin
 - 2 tbsp paprika
 - 2 tsp keto sugar
 - 1 tsp garlic powder
 - 1 tsp onion powder
 - 1 tbsp ground cayenne pepper
 - 1 tsp Tajin seasoning
 - 1 tsp cilantro lime seasoning
 - 2 Sisters' Salsa
 
        Instructions    
                - 1. Mix the last 10 ingredients together to make the homemade fajita chili powder.
 - 2. Mix in a bowl with the chicken, bell pepper, onion, and garlic.
 - 3. Add 2 tablespoons of avocado oil on top and mix it all together.
 - 4. Do the same with the shrimp.
 - 5. Place in fridge for about an hour to marinate.
 - 6. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Bake until chicken is cooked all the way through and vegetables are tender.
 - 7. Add shrimp to oven for the last few minutes. (If you bake them too long they will overcook)
 - 8. Use low carb tortillas and char them a little on top of a burner.
 - 9. Take the fajitas out of the oven, and dress your fajitas however you would like!
