Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. ground pork
- 1 link smoked sausage
- 1 link boudin
- 1 piece tasso
- 2 Sisters' Salsa
- Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 roll refrigerated pizza dough
Instructions
- 1. Pre-bake dough as directed.
- 2. Season pork; then brown pork, sausage and tasso. Drain grease.
- 3. Remove boudin from casing.
- 4. Coat pre-baked dough with salsa.
- 5. Evenly spread all meats and cheese over dough.
- 6. Finish baking pizza for 20-25 minutes.
