2 Sisters’ Omelet

Ingredients
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/4 stick butter
  • 1 link boudin, cooked without casing
  • 1 cup mixed, shredded cheese
  • 2 Sisters' Special Blend seasoning and salt and pepper, to taste
  • 8 tbsp. 2 Sisters' Salsa
Instructions
  1. 1. Beat eggs and season to taste. Set aside.
  2. 2. Melt 1/4 stick butter in small, non-stick skillet.
  3. 3. Pour 1/4 of the beaten eggs in the skillet and cook on medium heat until firm on the bottom.
  4. 4. Sprinkle 1/4 of the cheese and 1/4 of the boudin on top.
  5. 5. Fold one side of the eggs over the other and flip the omelet over to finish cooking the eggs.
  6. 6. Plate and garnish with 2 tbsp. of salsa.
  7. 7. Personalize by adding your favorite ingredients.
