The Cajun Keto Chef's Fried Stuffed Hatch Peppers
Ingredients
  • 5 hatch peppers
  • 1/2cup whey protein isolate
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1tbsp cream cheese
  • 1tbsp fiesta mixed cheese
  • 2 Sisters' Salsa
  • enchilada sauce
Instructions
  1. Char the peppers over fire. Place in Ziploc bag and let it sweat. Peel off the skin and deseed the pepper. Stuff the pepper with the 2 cheeses. Dip it in beaten egg. Fry at 350 degrees until golden brown. Top with salsa and/or enchilada sauce.
