Fish Tacos
Ingredients
  • fish, any kind
  • scallops
  • Chef Paul Prudhomme's Seafood Magic, to taste
  • 1-2tbsp. olive oil
  • whole kernel corn
  • spinach
  • 2 Sisters' Salsa
Instructions
  1. 1. Sear fish and scallops in Chef Paul Prudhomme’s Seafood Magic and a bit of olive oil.
  2. 2. Place in a corn tortilla with a bit of spinach.
  3. 3. Top with 2 Sisters’ Salsa.
